The RRPA Award Series was devised by the Russian Section of the European PSK Club (EPC Russia) on 23rd March 2009. This was to sponsor a series of PSK awards for contacts with EPC members from various Federal Subjects (Regions) of the Russian Federation.
RRPA Awards may be claimed by any licensed radio amateur, club station or DMS/SWL eligible under these Rules who can produce evidence in a form of ADIF log of having contacted/monitored EPC members from different Russian Regions as listed below. Each Region counts only once. QSOs with Russian Special Event Stations using UE, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R0, and RP prefixes can be used as «Jokers» to replace missing Russian Regions as listed below. All these SES stations must be EPC members. Contacts with R1AN (Antarctica), R1FJ (Franz Josef Land), R1MV (Maly Vysotsky Island), and Arctic Drifting Stations (such as R35NP) also can be used as «Jokers», but they don't need to be members of the EPC. All stations contacted must be «Land Stations» or Arctic Drifting Stations. Contacts with ships and boats, anchored or underway, and airborne aircraft, cannot be counted. For the purposes of this award, remote control operating points must also be land based. Exception: Permanently docked exhibition/museum ships, such as the Krasin Icebreaker and other historic ships will be considered land based. Contacts are valid on or after 10th June 2006.

RRPA Bronze Award is issued for PSK contacts with EPC members from 30 different Russian Regions. «Jokers» are not allowed for this award.
RRPA Silver Award is issued for PSK contacts with EPC members from 40 different Russian Regions. «Jokers» are not allowed for this award.
RRPA Gold Award is issued for PSK contacts with EPC members from 50 different Russian Regions. «Jokers» are not allowed for this award.
RRPA Platinum Award is issued for PSK contacts with EPC members from 60 different Russian Regions. «Jokers» are not allowed for this award.
RRPA Diamond Award is issued for PSK contacts with EPC members from 70 different Russian Regions. «Jokers» are not allowed for this award.
RRPA Master Award is issued for PSK contacts with EPC members from all 83 Russian Regions. Maximum 7 (seven) «Jokers» are allowed for this award, one of them should be either R1AN, R1FJ, R1MV, or an Arctic Drifting Station.
RRPA Asiatic Russia Award is issued for PSK contacts with EPC members from all 29 Regions of the Asiatic Russia. Maximum 3 (three) «Jokers» from the Asiatic Russia are allowed for this award, including R1AN and any one Arctic Drifting Station.
RRPA European Russia Award is issued for PSK contacts with EPC members from all 57 Regions of the European Russia. Maximum 4 (four) «Jokers» from the European Russia are allowed for this award.
