Dedicated to the 20th Anniversary of the European PSK Club (2006-2026). Devised by the European PSK Club (EPC) on 11 March 2026 to promote PSK activity with amateur radio stations located in the administrative territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijani Districts PSK Award Program (AZDPA) was established by the European PSK Club to sponsor a series of digital-mode awards based on the administrative geography and amateur radio activity of Azerbaijan. The program recognizes applicants who can demonstrate confirmed contacts with, or confirmed monitoring of, amateur radio stations located in the qualifying Azerbaijani administrative territories.
Any award in this series may be claimed by any licensed radio amateur, club station, or DMS (SWL) eligible under the EPC Awards General Rules, provided that the applicant can produce acceptable evidence in the form of an ADIF log showing qualifying QSOs or monitored receptions.
- The AZDPA award series is administered in accordance with the EPC Awards General Rules. All applicants must satisfy the eligibility conditions set out therein.
- The program is open to any licensed radio amateur, amateur radio club station, or DMS (SWL) station recognized under the EPC award framework.
- Applications must be supported by an ADIF log containing sufficient evidence of qualifying contacts or monitored stations from Azerbaijan.
-
Credit will be given only for contacts or monitored receptions made using the following digital modes:
- BPSK31 and QPSK31
- BPSK63 and QPSK63
- BPSK125 and QPSK125
- Qualifying contacts may be made on any amateur band below 54 MHz.
- For award purposes, credit is granted for contacts with stations from the listed Azerbaijani administrative territories shown below. The award classes are based on confirmed contacts with 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 different territories respectively.
- Each administrative territory may be counted once toward the applicable award class. Multiple contacts with the same territory do not increase the territory total, even if made on different bands or different accepted modes.
- There are five award levels in the AZDPA series: AZDPA-10, AZDPA-20, AZDPA-30, AZDPA-40, and AZDPA-50.
- Applications are submitted electronically through the UltimateAAC Award Management Software.
- The sponsor of this award program is UnicomRadio.
