The World Lighthouses PSK Award Series (WLA) was devised by the European PSK Club (EPC) on 8th April 2009. This was to sponsor a series of PSK awards for contacts with amateur radio stations from various World Wide lighthouses under the Amateur Radio Lighthouse Society (ARLHS) World List of Lights (WLOL).
WLA 25, WLA 50, WLA 75, and WLA 100 awards may be claimed by any licensed radio amateur, club station or DMS (SWL) eligible under the EPC Awards General Rules who can produce evidence of having contacted or monitored amateur radio stations from 25, 50, 75, and 100 different lighthouses respectively on B(Q)PSK31, B(Q)PSK63, and B(Q)PSK125 modes. Credit will be given for contacts made on any of the amateur bands below 30 MHz. Each lighthouse counts only once. Contacts made to claim WLA awards have no time or date restrictions.
Please make sure that the «COMMENT» field in your ADIF log contains #LH code (tag « # » is required) for the contacted lighthouse station's ARLHS (WLOL) designator, in format XXX-ZZZ, where «XXX» is a country prefix, and «ZZZ» is a lighthouse number within that country. This is a mandatory requirement to make able the manager's software to check your application correctly.
