The Chinese Prefectures PSK Award Series (CNPPA) comprises 7 different awards, and its concept is founded on the administrative geography of the People's Republic of China. This award program commemorates the 17th Anniversary of the European PSK Club and is graciously sponsored by Unicom Radio. Devised by the European PSK Club on August 2nd, 2023.
 
Prefectures, as key administrative subdivisions of provincial-level divisions, hold significant importance in China's administrative structure. The People's Republic of China boasts a total of 333 prefecture-level divisions, which include 17 prefectures and 283 prefecture-level cities.
 
The primary focus of the Chinese Prefectures PSK Award (CNPPA) lies in recognizing PSK contacts made with prefecture-level divisions within the People's Republic of China. The award program encompasses CNPPA 50, CNPPA 100, CNPPA 150, CNPPA 200, CNPPA 250, CNPPA 300, and CNPPA Honour Roll awards. Eligibility for participation is extended to all licensed radio amateurs, club stations, and DMS/SWL operators who meet the criteria outlined in the EPC Awards General Rules.
 
To qualify for each specific CNPPA award, applicants must provide evidence of having made contact with amateur radio stations from 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, and 330 different prefecture-level divisions of the People's Republic of China at the time of application.
 
A crucial requirement for successful verification of your application is to ensure that the "COMMENT" field in your ADIF log contains the contacted station's CNPA designator. This designator should adhere to the format of #AREA WW.XX.YY.ZZ, as specified in the official CNPA list.
