The
Chinese Provinces Award Series (CNPA) comprises three distinct awards and is closely tied to the administrative geography of the People's Republic of China. This award program commemorates the 17th Anniversary of the European PSK Club and is graciously sponsored by
Unicom Radio. Devised by the European PSK Club on August 2nd, 2023, the CNPA is designed to recognize two-way PSK contacts made with amateur radio stations operating from the top-level administrative divisions of China.
To ensure a smooth application process, it is essential that the "COMMENT" field in your ADIF log contains the corresponding CNPA designator for each contacted station, in the format of #AREA WW.XX.YY.ZZ, as specified in the official
CNPA list. This requirement is mandatory as it enables the manager's software to accurately verify your application.
Eligibility for the CNPA III, CNPA II, and CNPA I awards is open to all licensed radio amateurs, club stations, or shortwave listeners who adhere to the
EPC Awards General Rules. Applicants must furnish evidence of having successfully contacted (or monitored) 11, 22, and all 33 current (different) top level administrative divisions of the People's Republic of China. These top level administrative divisions consist of 22 provinces, 5 autonomous regions, 4 municipalities, and 2 special administrative regions, as specified in the official CNPA list.
Claiming any of the CNPA awards is an excellent opportunity to celebrate your achievements in amateur radio and foster international communication within the community.
