The ITU PSK Award (Land Based) Series was established by the European PSK Club on 25 May 2007 to encourage contacts with a wide range of ITU zones using PSK modes on the amateur bands below 54 MHz.
The programme recognises sustained operating achievement and accurate log preparation, with awards available for confirmed contacts across 19, 38, 57, and 75 different land-based ITU zones.
The ITU PSK Award series may be claimed by any licensed radio amateur, club station, or SWL/DMS operator who is eligible under the EPC Awards General Rules and can provide evidence of qualifying contacts.
- Applicants may claim ITUPSK-19, ITUPSK-38, ITUPSK-57, and ITUPSK-75 after confirming contacts with 19, 38, 57, and 75 different land-based ITU zones respectively.
- All qualifying contacts must be made using any PSK mode on amateur bands below 54 MHz.
- All contacts must have been made on or after 1 January 2000.
- EPC membership is mandatory for all applicants to this award programme.
- A valid Grid Locator and ITU zone must be included in the ADIF log for every QSO. Only QSOs containing both items are accepted as valid for this award.
- Applications are subject to the current EPC Awards General Rules.
The refreshed anniversary series includes four certificate levels, each recognising a higher number of confirmed land-based ITU zones worked on PSK. The gallery has been arranged in two columns for a larger, clearer presentation of each diploma design.
For confirmed contacts with 19 different land-based ITU zones.
For confirmed contacts with 38 different land-based ITU zones.
For confirmed contacts with 57 different land-based ITU zones.
For confirmed contacts with 75 different land-based ITU zones.
The current certificate set represents a commemorative redesign prepared in honour of the 20th anniversary of the European PSK Club.
The club extends its appreciation to all operators and supporters who have contributed to the success of the programme over many years.
This anniversary edition preserves the original spirit of the award while presenting the series in a refreshed and modern visual style.
